1. What this page covers

This disclaimer applies to the use of labs24terra.click, published by Labsterra B.V., of Czaar Peterstraat 213, 1018 PL Amsterdam. It sits beside the legal notice and next to the terms and conditions. If they clash on a booked service, the accepted quote and the terms win.

The page takes effect on 1 October 2026 and was reviewed on 1 October 2026. The Dutch version decides; this English page is a translation for information.

2. Nature of the information

Copy on the site, including the service pages, the FAQ and the guides, is general explanation. It is not personal advice on rights, tax, collective-management bodies or how to mix a particular song. For a concrete plan, send a request through contact or [email protected].

Guides such as rights in a band recording and mix budget help you prepare. They do not replace a lawyer, a tax adviser or an A&R decision. Figures about the rooms (42 m² live room, 3 booths, at most 8 people, 48 TB of archive) describe the studio as it stands; building work or maintenance can change a given day, and we will say so on the quote.

3. No promised outcome

Recording, mix and master are obligations of means. Whether a track sounds the way you hope depends on arrangement, performance, reference and time. Labsterra does not undertake radio play, playlist placement, press coverage or sales. House style forbids ranking claims and fixed satisfaction lines.

Revisions on mix and master stop at 2 rounds, as article 12 of the terms states. A new direction is a new booking, not a silent extra pass.

4. Prices, diary and availability

Amounts on the site include 21% VAT and are a guide. Examples: Vocal recording from €95 an hour, Band recording €920 for an eight-hour day, Podcast recording €245 per episode of up to ninety minutes. The sum you owe is the sum on the quote you accept.

A shown slot is yours only after acceptance and a 30 % deposit; see article 4 and article 6. Hours: Tuesday–Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00. Closed Monday and Sunday. We are not in the studio on Monday or Sunday, even if a page could be read that way.

5. Links, maps and the contact form

The site may point to third-party sites, including the host TransIP B.V. (transip.eu) and FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Those parties run their own terms and privacy policies. Labsterra B.V. is not responsible for their content or their uptime.

The contact form travels through FormSubmit in the United States. If you do not want that transfer, use [email protected] or 020 244 18 06. We reply within 2 working days. More on that is in the privacy policy and, for cookies, in the cookie policy (kept 182 days, key lbst_consent_v1).

6. Technical availability of the site

We aim to keep the site reachable, hosted by TransIP B.V. in the Netherlands. Maintenance, a host outage or a network fault outside our control can take the site down for a while. That does not create a right to damages and does not move a session that is already booked. For a live reservation, use [email protected] or 020 244 18 06, not only the form.

Browsers, plugins and automatic translation tools can show a page differently from what we published. Do not treat a colour, a typeface or an embedded example as a binding spec for a mix or a master.

7. Liability for the website

For loss that follows only from visiting or using the site — a misunderstood rate, a stale paragraph, a dead link — Labsterra B.V. is liable only in case of intent or wilful recklessness, and in case of personal injury. Mandatory consumer rights stay in place.

Liability for a job we have carried out (a session, a mix, a master) is set in article 14 of the terms, not in this disclaimer. We keep files for 24 months; after that a deleted copy is gone. You keep your own backup.

8. Intellectual property and images

Content on labs24terra.click is protected. You may quote with attribution and share an ordinary link. Reproducing whole articles or reusing photography in your own campaigns needs permission via [email protected]. Brands of microphones, software or platforms remain with their owners.

Images on the site illustrate the kind of work that happens in the rooms. They are not proof that a named artist recorded here and not a portfolio of a specific project. Rules about your own recordings sit in article 13.

9. Accessibility and changes

What we do to make the site usable is in the accessibility statement. That text is a snapshot, not a mark of approval and not a promise that every assistive technology will read every page without error.

We may change this disclaimer. The new version replaces the previous one when we publish it here. Questions about the studio itself: get in touch, [email protected] or 020 244 18 06. From Oostplein metro (lines 51, 53 and 54) allow roughly ten minutes on foot along Czaar Peterstraat.
