These particulars meet the information duty that Dutch law places on providers who offer services by electronic means. Visiting the site or sending the contact form does not create a contract. A contract arises only as described in the terms and conditions.

Labsterra B.V. is registered in the Dutch Commercial Register kept by the Chamber of Commerce. Invoices, quotes and this site show the numbers the law requires.

Use the VAT number if you are VAT-registered yourself and need an invoice with reverse-charge or intra-EU details. Ask for that when we prepare the quote, not on the session day.
3. Management
The sole director of Labsterra B.V. is Lars van den Berg. In the studio he also works as lead engineer. For scheduling and practical questions, write to the production team at [email protected] or call 020 244 18 06.
The company was established in 2016 and works from the studio at Czaar Peterstraat 213 in Amsterdam-Oost.
4. The studio
Labsterra is a recording studio. We offer vocal recording, mixing, mastering, band recording and podcast recording. Rates are listed on the services page; those amounts include 21% VAT.
The live room is 42 m² and the control room 18 m². There are 3 isolation booths. A session can hold up to 8 people in the rooms at once. We run 16 microphone preamps. Opening hours: Tuesday–Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00. Closed Monday and Sunday.
How to get here: Tram 10 stops at Czaar Peterstraat; it is about a three-minute walk to number 213. From Oostplein metro (lines 51, 53 and 54) allow roughly ten minutes on foot along Czaar Peterstraat. More about how we work is on about and in the FAQ.
5. Hosting
The website is hosted by:

TransIP B.V. processes the technical connection data needed to serve and secure the site, such as the IP address, the time and the page requested. What we do with that data is set out in the privacy policy. We upload the site files; TransIP B.V. runs the servers.
6. Contact form and transfer to the United States
The form on the contact page is forwarded through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service operated from the United States. When you submit the form, your name, e-mail address, telephone number (if you give one) and your message travel through that service to our inbox.
That transfer is necessary to handle the request you send: without it the form does not reach us. If you prefer to avoid that route, write directly to [email protected] or call 020 244 18 06. We handle those messages in the same way and within 2 working days.
Retention, legal bases and your rights are in the privacy policy and, if you are a business that places other people's data with us, in the data processing agreement.
7. Intellectual property in the site
The copy, structure, visual identity and photography on labs24terra.click belong to Labsterra B.V., unless another rightholder is named. You may read pages, keep a copy for your own use and share an ordinary link. Reproducing whole texts, scraping the site or reusing images in your own commercial materials needs prior written permission.
Brand names of equipment, software or platforms remain with their owners. Photographs on the site illustrate the kind of work that happens in the rooms; they are not a portfolio of a named project. Rules about your recordings sit in article 13 of the terms and, in practical terms, in the guide rights in a band recording.
8. Privacy, cookies and accessibility
Labsterra B.V. is the controller of personal data, except when we record voices or guests for a business client: the data processing agreement then applies.
The site stores your cookie choice under the key lbst_consent_v1 for 182 days. Details are in the cookie policy. You can reopen that choice with .

9. Liability for the site
We keep the information on labs24terra.click current, but a page may lag behind a written quote. If they conflict, the accepted quote prevails over the site, and the terms and conditions prevail over a general explanation. The disclaimer limits liability for site content, third-party links and temporary unavailability.
Prices on the service pages include 21% VAT and stand until we publish new ones. A booking follows the amount on the quote you accepted.
10. Governing law, language and contact
This legal notice and the use of the website are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes about the site itself may be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, without affecting mandatory jurisdiction rules that protect consumers.
If language versions differ, the Dutch text prevails. This English page is a faithful translation for information.
