Cookie policy
This English version is for information only. The Dutch version is legally authoritative. Cookiebeleid
In brief
- No measurement pixels, no advertising network, no social widgets that watch you.
- One local key: lbst_consent_v1, kept for 182 days.
- Fonts, photos and the script are served from our own domain.
- You can change your mind without writing to us, using the button below.
1. What a cookie or tracker is
This page states which small files or similar techniques labs24terra.click places on your device, what they hold and how you change that. A cookie is a short text file. The same job can be done with the browser's local storage (localStorage), a pixel or a web beacon. Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act treats those techniques alike: anything that is not strictly needed for the service you asked for needs a prior, free, specific and informed choice.
This is not a marketing page. It is a technical account of what happens when you open Labsterra in Amsterdam, and how that sits next to the privacy policy.
2. What this site does and does not set
labs24terra.click sets one tracker of its own: the remembered cookie choice. It holds no name, no email and no project note. We do not install a statistics pack, a remarketing tag, an embedded social feed or a third-party video player. Maps are not loaded in an iframe; the walk to Czaar Peterstraat 213 is written out on contact (Tram 10 stops at Czaar Peterstraat; it is about a three-minute walk to number 213. From Oostplein metro (lines 51, 53 and 54) allow roughly ten minutes on foot along Czaar Peterstraat.).
Fonts, images and the optional script come from our own domain, hosted by TransIP B.V. in Leiden (TransIP B.V.). Animations store nothing. The host's server logs are not cookies; they are described in the privacy policy.
3. Five categories in the banner
Strictly necessary
Needed so the site can work as you requested, including remembering your choice so the banner does not return on every page. This category is exempt from consent and cannot be switched off in the banner.
| Name | Duration | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
lbst_consent_v1 | 182 days (182) | Local storage. Stores, per category, whether you accepted, refused or chose yourself, plus the time of that choice. |
Functional
Extra features such as an embedded third-party tool. Right now: no tracker.
Analytics
Visitor counts, origin, click paths. Right now: no tracker.
Marketing
Ads or campaign measurement. Right now: no tracker.
Preferences
Theme, type size or similar display settings. Right now: no tracker.
The banner shows three equally prominent controls: allow everything, refuse everything, or pick category by category. The site stays usable whatever you choose. After 182 days we ask again. That approach follows the ePrivacy rules and the Dutch DPA's guidance on cookies.
4. Changing your choice
You can withdraw or change consent without writing to us. Reopen the banner:
If you clear this site's data in the browser, the banner appears again. Official help from common browsers:
For another browser, search its official help for cookies or site data. Questions about the studio itself, not the banner: get in touch or call 020 244 18 06 during Tue–Fri 10–20, Sat 11–18.
5. Changes and contact
If we ever fill an optional category, we update this page and ask for a fresh choice. Effective date: 1 October 2026. Last review: 1 October 2026. The Dutch text is authoritative.
